Contract Summary  

Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Services (ITES-3S) is a $12.1 billion, multi-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle structured to provide the full range of IT services and solutions to the federal government.

ITES-3S provides industry best practices to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management activities to the Army, other DoD agencies, and all Federal agencies. The geographic scope of ITES-3S covers all CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzones. The ITES-3S IDIQ vehicle is decentralized and managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, based at Ft. Belvoir, VA. All Federal Contracting Officers are delegated procurement authority to place task orders against this contract vehicle, provided they comply with the terms and conditions of the base contract.

Task order competitions utilize fair opportunity under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505. Connected Logistics was awarded the ITES-3S IDIQ as a Small Business and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and can compete for all unrestricted opportunities as well as all opportunities set-aside for Small Businesses and SDVOSBs.
