Dale Farrand

Chief Operating Officer

As the COO of Connected Logistics, Mr. Farrand brings over 30 years of experience leading and managing complex logistics operations, business units and programs in the United States Army and the Joint Forces.  He has relevant expertise in all areas of supply chain management and strategy, including joint and multifunctional logistics, distribution and inventory management, with a focus on aligning supply chain strategies with organizational capabilities, processes and goals to achieve strategic change.

His relevant industry focused assignments include the Army Transformation & Training Command’s Capabilities Manager for the Army and Marine Corps’ Sustainment Battle Command System (BCS3), responsible for the system’s acquisition, modernization and sustainment life cycle; and the Customer Operations Director for the $35 billion annualized revenue Defense Logistics Agency where he oversaw over $150 million in investment to significantly improve the readiness of the ground fleets of the entire Department of War.
